Will I be able to fall asleep with all the wires on me and someone watching me?
The study is designed such that the technologist and the equipment will be in a separate room from where the patient is sleeping. The wires will be bundled together so the patient will be able to roll over the bed or get up to go to the bathroom easily. The majority of patients usually hae no problem falling asleep despite having the electrode wiring attached. f there are any questions, please contact Dr. Patel's office for further clarification.
